Fried Chicken Sauteed In Veggies

My amazing recipe for preparing a well-spiced fried chicken sauteed in veggies is overwhelming but also very easy to cook 😊... well,  only as long as you follow these simple guidelines below. You'd find the ingredients anywhere around you that is, in your food store or at the market. Let's get down to business...πŸ‘‡

RECIPE
  • A Kilogram of Chicken.
  • Garlic and Ginger. 
  • Fresh Pepper
  • Salt and Chicken Seasoning.
  • Curry and Thyme.
  • Turmeric.
  • Onions.
  • Carrots, Spring Onions, Green Pepper, and  Red Bell pepper. 
  • Vegetable oil.

STEPS
  • Firstly, wash your chicken thoroughly with clean water and put it in a clean pot. 
  • Grind in your blender, a bulb of onion, some fresh pepper (according to how you'd like it spicy), a bit of garlic and ginger. Pour the blended mixture into the pot containing the chicken. 
  • Proceed to marinate the chicken with one and a half teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of turmeric, 2 teaspoons of chicken seasoning, one and a half teaspoon of curry, and a teaspoon of thyme. 
  • Stir the marinade continuously for about a minute and after then, allow to refrigerate for about an hour or more. This makes the spices used in the marinade, penetrate the skin of the chicken, thereby creating flavors.
  • Next, take it out from the freezer and steam it using low heat. After 5 minutes, add water and allow it to boil... increase the heat. Remember that, if the little water you added still isn't enough that is, if it didn't cook the chicken to tender, simultaneously add water till you're fully satisfied.
  • When the chicken is boiled, put a frying pan on the fire and add your vegetable oil suitable for deep frying. Slice a bulb of onion into the pan with the oil and add 2 teaspoons of salt. Fry your chicken until desired texture before taking it out from the pan. 
  • Slice a bulb of onion, some carrots, spring onions, green pepper, and the red bell pepper.
  • To saute the chicken in the veggies, add three tablespoons of your preferred choice of vegetable oil and fry in it, the onions followed by the carrot and spring onions and the, the green pepper and red bell pepper. Allow to simmer for 30 seconds while stirring simultaneously. Add a cube of Maggi seasoning.
  • Pour into the pan, your already fried chicken and stir for two minutes using low heat. 
  • Your chicken is ready!! EnjoyπŸ˜‹
